Why does my tracking show no updates?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after the parcel has been shipped. Updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on the logistics provider and local processing times.
Delivery to French Overseas Territories
Shipments to Guadeloupe (GP), Monaco (MC), Martinique (MQ), and Réunion (RE) may be subject to a €2 small parcel handling tax charged by local customs or postal authorities. This fee is determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient before delivery.
