Our products are made to order, which means we create your item after your order has been placed. To ensure the highest quality, our products are all handmade with love and attention to details. At this time, please expect your order to ship out in 7-15 business days

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production process to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled at will.

If you need to cancel for a special reason, please contact our customer service team at hello@purexchaos.com. Please note that as production for your order commences immediately after placement, associated costs are incurred. Cancelling an order results in a financial loss for us. If you still would like to cancel your order after careful reconsideration, a fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged to partially offset the loss incurred due to the cancellation. 

*Please take extra care when placing an order, as we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.

 

Please note for Argentina

For orders shipped to Argentina, the estimated delivery time is 30-45 business days. However, please note that customs clearance is required, and you may need to assist in the process by providing necessary documents or paying applicable duties.

If customs procedures are not completed in time, your order may face further delays beyond the estimated timeframe. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the local customs authorities.

Please note for Korean

To ensure smooth shipping and quick customs clearance, please provide the recipient's name in Korean for the delivery address. The name must match exactly with the name registered in the personal customs clearance code. 

Please note for Kazakhstan

For orders shipped to Kazakhstan, please note that the transit process may take longer than usual. Ground shipping typically takes around 35–45 business days to arrive. We kindly ask for your patience while your package is in transit.

Notice for Shipments to French Overseas Territories

Due to a new tax policy introduced by the French authorities effective March 1, 2026, shipments sent to certain French overseas territories may be subject to a small parcel tax during customs clearance. This regulation applies to deliveries to the following regions:

  • Guadeloupe (GP)
  • Monaco (MC)
  • Martinique (MQ)
  • Réunion (RE)

A handling tax of €2 per parcel may be charged by local customs or postal authorities. This fee is determined and collected by the local government or delivery carrier and must be paid by the recipient before the parcel can be released for delivery. Please note that this fee is not charged by our store and is outside of our control.

We ship worldwide! All our shipping prices are in US Dollars (USD). Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays. See below to find more information regarding delivery timeframes per destination:

Please note that the time frame in the table is only an estimation. As there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping, we can't make any shipping time guarantees. We are also unable to offer return for items arrive late. Check out our full return policy here.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Customs Charges: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies before placing an order. PurexChaos is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
